NKC is currently a subcontractor in injection molding for the automotive industry<\/strong>, with a focus on components for electric power steering systems<\/strong>. We are experts in manufacturing advanced safety components that combine metal and plastic<\/strong>, requiring high precision and integrated production expertise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our injection molding facility consists of four machines \u2013 two at 350 tons<\/strong> and two at 75 tons<\/strong> \u2013 and the production lines also include tempering, washing, and turning<\/strong>, ensuring a complete and automated process from start to finished component.<\/p>\n\n<\/div> \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Injection molding is a process where molten plastic is injected into a mold under high pressure to create parts with precise geometry and surface finish.
