How the Work Process Works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our machining process is based on advanced CNC technology and automated cells. Raw material is secured in the pallet systems and processed step by step in our DMC Deckel Maho machines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The large milling machine can handle components up to \u00d8 2,000 mm<\/strong>, while our automated cell with robot and washing system can handle parts up to \u00d8 1,200 mm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the process, dimensions, geometry, and surface finish are continuously monitored to ensure high precision. Through robotic automation and pallet changing, setup times are minimized, allowing us to deliver prototypes, small series, and heavy industrial components with consistent quality and short lead times. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3D Laser Technology uses highly concentrated light beams to perform advanced operations such as three-dimensional sheet metal cutting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pressing and Punching<\/h3>\n \n

We also manufacture pressed and punched components in both small and large series.
