Pressing and Punching<\/h2>\n \n

We also manufacture pressed and punched components in both small and large series. With hydraulic and mechanical presses up to 2,500 tons, we deliver high precision, stable processes, and flexible capacity for the bearing, automotive, and engineering industries. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/a>\n \n

Cutting, Machining and Milling Processes<\/h2>\n \n

We provide cutting machining and milling processes for the bearing industry and other demanding applications. Using advanced multi-axis machines with pallet changing and robotic automation, we machine large and complex components up to \u00d8 2000 mm with high precision, consistent quality and efficient production. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/a>\n \n

Surface Treatment<\/h2>\n \n

We offer fully automated and manual manganese phosphating as well as advanced blasting. With capacity for parts up to 2,500 mm in diameter, we ensure durability, cleanliness, and surface performance at every stage of the process. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/a>\n \n

Injection Molding<\/h2>\n \n
