How the Work Process Works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The work process begins with the preparation of tools and raw materials. In our four injection molding machines \u2013 two at 350 tons<\/strong> and two at 75 tons<\/strong> \u2013 the plastic material is melted and injected into the mold under controlled pressure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After molding, the component proceeds through an automated production chain that includes tempering for improved strength, washing for cleanliness, and turning where needed for precision parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each step follows carefully controlled parameters to meet the automotive industry\u2019s high standards. The result is components with exact tolerances, stable quality, and full traceability \u2013 ready for critical safety applications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
